Internet Truckstop® Simplifies
the Freight Booking System for Members
New Plymouth, Idaho: Internet Truckstop® www.truckstop.com the largest Internet based freight matching service in North America announced today the launch of FileCheck. This complimentary value added service allows carriers to store their operating authority, insurance certificate and W-9 documents in a secure Internet site only members of Internet Truckstop can access.
Participating carriers will also be automatically notified by email when their Certificate of Insurance is 30-days from expiration so that a replacement document can be faxed to the Internet Truckstop® and the FileCheck database updated.
Scott Moscrip, President, Internet Truckstop says “FileCheck helps reduce the amount of time it takes a carrier get his set up documents to a potential customer, which means more freight gets confirmed and booked faster.” Moscrip also states, “For Internet Truckstop members that work from the cab of their trucks this is a great service that they are going to use everyday to move freight.”
FileCheck will also benefit companies brokering freight through Internet Truckstop, “As a broker member of Internet Truckstop I know that FileCheck will not only save us a great deal of time,” said Debra Silver, All American Logistics, “but it will save us money by not having to call carriers for missing paperwork or illegible documents.”
