To be eligible for Driver of the Month, drivers must meet specific performance, claims, revenue, safety and service qualifications. Consideration is given to motor vehicle records, letters of commendation, personal and equipment appearance, and attitude. Drivers of the Month receive a logo clothing allowance and premium award. They also become eligible for the prestigious yearly American Red Ball “Circle of Excellence – Exemplary Service” award. -30-
