Kohl’s Customer Service Team of the Year Award
Leading department store chain chooses Schneider over 25 other carriers
GREEN BAY, Wis.—June 11, 2008—Schneider National, Inc., a premier provider of transportation, logistics and intermodal services, was recently honored by Kohl’s Department Stores (NYSE: KSS) with its 2007 Customer Service Team of the Year award. This marks the third consecutive year Schneider has received this prestigious award, which recognizes outstanding service performance by a transportation carrier. The award was presented during Kohl’s annual Carrier Summit in Milwaukee—an event attended by Kohl’s top 25 carriers.
Kohl’s chose Schneider National as its Customer Service Team of the Year based on five performance metrics: accuracy in appointment arrival/departure times, electronic billing accuracy, load acceptance performance, transit compliance and pick-up performance.
