To be eligible for Driver of the Month, drivers must meet specific performance, claims, revenue, safety and service qualifications. Consideration is given to motor vehicle records, letters of commendation, personal and equipment appearance, and attitude. Drivers of the Month receive a uniform allowance and premium award. The award also makes them eligible for the prestigious yearly American Red Ball “Circle of Excellence – Exemplary Service” award.
