Dart Transit Company announces
Contractors of the Month

 

Eagan , Minnesota – Dart Transit Company announces its January 2007 Contractors of the Month: Ron Weathers at the Dallas Operating Center and Taney Altizer at the Eagan Operating Center. Contractors of the Month are recognized for their on-time performance, dependability, and safety record.

Ron Weathers has been in the trucking industry for 13 years and has contracted with Dart since 2005. Weathers owns and operates a 2005 Freightliner in Dart’s Super South Region. “Ron is an exceptional contractor,” said Kevin Edwards, Dart Logistics Manager. “He definitely deserves this honor.”

Taney Altizer has been in the trucking industry 34 years and has contracted with Dart since 1994. Altizer owns and operates a 2005 Freightliner with a Dart “Dedicated” contract. “I think it’s neat to be Contractor of the Month,” Altizer said. “It surprised me. I really enjoy it.”

 

Dart Contractors of the Month receive certificates and gifts from Dart’s “Pro Shop.” Dart Contractors of the Year are selected from its Contractors of the Month.
