Drivers of the Month 

Mondovi, Wis. – Marten Transport recently announced their Drivers of the Month for January 2007.  Marten would like to thank these drivers for their hard work and dedication to the company and congratulate them on a job well done!

            Drivers of the Month at Marten each receive a $25 t-check as well as special recognition from their fleet manager.  Each driver will also receive both a certificate recognizing their achievement and a gift from the company store.  Chief Operating Officer Bob Smith says, “We truly cannot thank these drivers enough for all of their dedication to this company.  We wouldn’t be here without them and we encourage them to keep setting such a fine example of hard working drivers.” 

            Qualifying drivers must meet a minimum of 10,500 miles for that month, have no accidents during the month and have 100 percent on-time deliveries.  January’s drivers averaged 11,775 miles.

            Marten’s January Drivers of the Month are:  the team of Kevin Taylor and Chad Robbins, Robert Little, Donald Heisch, Dale Froman, Dale Schultz, Larry Fowler, Henry Gordon, Cary Goble, Richard Davis, Lyudvig Khaimov, Leonard Schultz, Vlado Keskic, Little Al Harris, Charlie Burgess, the team of James Kelley and Chris Hammack, Chad Walworth, Corin Harris, Troy Erbele, Bob Barker, Rick Eaton, Anthony Cobb, John Rodriguez, John Groesbeck, Dayton Brice, Willie McElroy, Greg Estrada, Heath Derks, Dianna Ledford, Eddie Jaillet, Willie Billups, Logan Wells and Stuart Shaver.

            In addition to this recognition, Marten also offers a variety of bonus programs including safety bonuses, referral bonuses and performance based bonuses.  Marten will also pay an incentive on all loads that require hazmat endorsement.  The drivers receive $25 for picking up the load and $25 for delivering a hazmat load.
