Tango Transport’s Dedicated Services Continues to Expand and Secure New Partners

SHREVEPORT – Tango Transport recently announced its partnership with Temple-Inland, the third largest manufacturer of corrugated packaging in North America.

Tango will provide Temple-Inland up to 54 trucks that will run mostly throughout the Ark-La-Tex region. Freight will consist of paper rolls, corrugated boxes and scrap from Temple-Inland’s paper mills and box plants.

“Temple-Inland has nine facilities and many customers within this area,” Brian Haynes, director of dedicated services for Tango Transport, said. “Tango Transport’s dedicated services has a strong presence in the Ark-La-Tex and our freight matches Temple-Inland’s business needs.”

Tango’s reputation for stellar customer service and its strong operations staff helped Tango secure the new account.

“Temple-Inland wanted to partner with a company that had experience operating a dedicated fleet and is able to provide the service that we and our customers require,” Mike Blackwell, vice president of transportation of Temple-Inland, said. “We felt that Tango Transport cares about doing the job right and understands our commitment to
