O & S Contractor Named Missouri Driver of the Month by Missouri Motor Carriers

O&S Trucking, Inc., Springfield, MO, was recently notified that the Missouri Motor Carriers Association (MMCA) has once again named Independent Contractor Mark Hohensee the Missouri Driver of the Month for the month of October 2006.

This is Mark's second "Driver of the Month" title by the MMCA during the last two years. He was not only named Driver of the Month for December 2005, he also carries the prestige of being named Missouri Driver of the Year for 2005 by the MMCA.

Driver of the Month/Year selection is conducted by an impartial committee who review a driver’s driving record, safety record, courtesy and professionalism. Mark has been with O&S since 1996. He has driven over 1 million safe miles, never having had an accident.

O & S Trucking, Inc. is an employee-owned, full service truck line based in Springfield, MO. The company hauls dry and temperature-controlled freight with a fleet of approx 400 tractors, 425 dry vans and 300 temperature-controlled trailers, all 53’. The corporate fleet is comprised of Independent Contractors, including a Lease Purchase division and company owned equipment.
