Dart Transit Company announces Contractors of the Month
Eagan, Minnesota – Dart Transit Company announces its August 2006 Contractors of the Month: John Curtis of the Dallas Operating Center and Gil Berrios of the Eagan Operating Center. Contractors of the Month are recognized for their on-time performance, dependability, and safety record.
John Curtis from Texarkana, Texas, has contracted with Dart since July 2004 and has been in the trucking industry for five years. Curtis owns and operates a 2003 Kenworth with a Dart “National” contract.
“I’m honored to be Contractor of the Month,” Curtis said. “I’m very happy and satisfied with Dart.”
Gil Berrios is originally from Puerto Rico and now lives in Eagan, Minnesota. He was a company driver at another carrier before contracting with Dart in 2002. Berrios owns and operates a 1992 Kenworth in Dart’s Northern Region.
“Dart is an excellent company,” Berrios said. “You get the miles you want and you get paid any day. Now I can support my family, and I’m doing something I love to do. I feel fortunate to be Dart Contractor of the Month. To me, it is a dream come true.”
Dart Contractors of the Month receive certificates and gifts from Dart’s “Pro Shop.” Dart Contractors of the Year are selected from its Contractors of the Month.
