HIGHWAY WATCH® ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONAL COLLABORATION WITH RANDALL-REILLY PUBLISHING COMPANY

ALEXANDRIA, VA- The Highway Watch® program today announced a promotional collaboration with Tuscaloosa, AL based Randall-Reilly Publishing Company. Randall-Reilly will assist Highway Watch® in their efforts to enlist truck drivers by featuring training and recruitment information at all stops in America's Traveling Truck Show, a unique trade show initiative launched by Randall-Reilly in April.

"We're proud to have Randall-Reilly as a member of our Highway Watch® team," said Bill Jacobs, Vice President of Highway Watch®. "Their promotion of Highway Watch® will add tremendous value to this program and we look forward to working with them on this very important safety and security initiative."

"We are very excited to have Highway Watch ® bring its important message of safety and security to our America's Traveling Truck Show attendees, America's truckers," said Robert Lake, vice president of Randall-Reilly's truck stop division. "American truckers are patriotic professionals who play a vital role in the anti-terrorism effort."

America's Traveling Truck Show is a traveling tradeshow visiting 20 Petro Stopping Centers nationwide and lasting three days at each location. It began in Wheeler Ridge, Calif., April 4, and will end in Weatherford, Texas, August 17, the week before The Great American Trucking Show. America's Traveling Truck Show features displays from Caterpillar, Castrol, Freightliner, Peterbilt, International, Kenworth, Volvo, Mack and many other product and service providers.

Highway Watch® is a national safety and security program that utilizes the skills, experience, and "road smarts" of America's transportation workers to help prevent terrorists from using large vehicles or hazardous cargoes as weapons and to protect America's critical highway transportation infrastructure. The program is administered by ATA under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

In March 2004, ATA entered into a cooperative agreement with DHS to expand its Highway Watch® program on behalf of the highway sector. Fueled by this cooperative agreement, Highway Watch® provides anti-terrorism and safety training to hundreds of thousands of highway transportation professionals-including commercial truck and bus drivers, school bus drivers, state Department of Transportation (DOT) workers, emergency responders, law enforcement personnel and others. The program also administers a national Highway Watch® Call Center as well as the Highway Watch® Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC).
