BAY & BAY TRANSPORATION AND LOGISTICS COMPANY PROMOTES SCOTT STELMAN TO CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

MINNEAPOLIS, MN ( April 25, 2006) – Bay & Bay, a nation-wide transportation and logistics company, has announced the promotion of Scott Stelman, 42, to chief financial officer. He had been Bay & Bay’s controller since joining the company in 1999. During that time, he’s played a major role in growing the Minneapolis-based company from

$8 million in revenues in 1999, to a projected $65 million in revenues in 2006. He has also seen Bay & Bay’s workforce nearly triple in size.

“My goal is to continue to isolate and pursue profitable business opportunities that help Bay & Bay achieve its aggressive growth goals,” Stelman said. In addition to his existing responsibilities in finance and accounting, he will also oversee the human resources, IT, and maintenance departments. He added that his promotion was due, in part, to Bay & Bay’s steady growth and the need for a more formalized reporting structure.

Founded in 1989, Bay & Bay specializes in regional bulk hauling with pneumatic tanks, truckload and LTL (less-than truckloads) pad wrap movements, and other specialized transportation needs. The company currently employs 200 employees and 150 contract drivers. Its fleet, including company-owned and leased equipment, totals 310 tractors and 560 trailers. Bay & Bay is headquartered in Rosemount, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis.

Scott lives with his wife, Stephanie, and their two children in Eagan, Minnesota.
