Greatwide Logistics Services Bolsters Executive Management Team
Moves Strengthen Company’s Financial, Human Resources, Governance And Strategic Planning Capabilities
Dallas, Texas (April 18, 2006) – Greatwide Logistics Services – a Dallas-based provider of non-asset-based transportation, 3PL, warehouse/distribution and truckload brokerage services – has named Roger B. Silva, Jeffery Lester and Patti Crozier to its senior management team. These appointments significantly strengthen the Company’s internal financial, human resources, governance and strategic planning capabilities.

Roger B. Silva,
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Silva was named CFO for Greatwide Logistics Services in February 2006. He had previously held the same position for Greatwide Dedicated Transportation, a unit of Greatwide Logistics Services, since January 2001. As CFO for Greatwide Logistics Services his duties include leading the company’s finance, treasury, accounting and information technology functions. Prior to joining Greatwide, Mr. Silva served as Vice President of Strategic Planning for the Dr. Pepper 7-Up Division of Cadbury Schweppes, PLC. In this capacity, he developed value-added business strategies and managed acquisitions for Cadbury’s U.S. carbonated beverage business. He previously held significant accounting and finance positions with the Pepsi Cola Bottling Group, Quaker Oats Beverage Group and Price Waterhouse. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University .
Jeffery Lester,
Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Lester was named Chief Risk Officer for Greatwide Logistics Services in January 2006; his responsibilities are to provide leadership for the company’s environmental, safety, security and risk management initiatives. Mr. Lester came to Greatwide from Home Depot, where he was responsible for environmental, health and safety in the company’s global supply chain, logistics and international operations. Under his leadership that company realized a 40 percent reduction in employee enquires. Mr. Lester previously worked with Ryder System, Inc., helping that company improve its insurance margin by $20 million while doubling safety services revenue; it also received the 2002 Green Cross for Safety Award. He is also a two-time winner of Ryder’s President Award and served on the Board of Directors for The National Safety Council. Mr. Lester holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fairmont University and a Master of Science in Safety Management from West Virginia University .
Patti Crozier, SPHR
Senior Vice President/Human Resources
Mrs. Crozier joined Greatwide Logistics Services in April 2006 and is responsible for developing human capital strategies and programs that attract, develop and retain the best people in the industry. She previously worked with Affiliated Computer Services as that firm’s Vice President of Compensation, Benefits & Human Resources Integration. There, she developed strategies and processes that helped identify $15 million in healthcare cost savings while directing a 12-member HR team that oversaw all compensation, benefit programs and related HR activities for a multi-billion dollar public company. Mrs. Crozier previously worked with Alliance Data Systems, First Data Card Services Group and Mutual of Omaha Insurance Companies. She studied Mathematics at Creighton University and has successfully completed numerous HR and employee benefit programs at both the University of Michigan and Wharton School of Business.
