Graebel Appoints Holstead as Los Angeles General Manager
DENVER March 14, 2006 Graebel announced this week the promotion of Kian
Holstead to General Manager of the company's Los Angeles moving and storage service center from his previous position as Director of Business Development. In his new role, Holstead will oversee operations of the Los Angeles center, which services the entire Southern California region. In addition, he will plan and lead all sales efforts in the region.
Holstead joined Graebel last year to support the company's Southern California sales program and, since fall 2005, also served as interim General Manager of the Los Angeles service center. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, beginning as a general fleet assistant during college before moving to driving, warehouse management and a variety of sales management roles in the relocation industry. Prior to joining Graebel, Holstead was the President of Sales for a Los Angeles-based relocation company.
"Kian has been in the relocation business his entire career," said Greg Cutlip, Regional Vice President at Graebel. "Since then, he's worked extensively throughout the industry and has been very successful in both management and sales. His diverse background and extensive knowledge of the Southern California marketplace made him the perfect choice in leading our Los Angeles service center."
Holstead lives with his wife and children in Glendora, CA.
