Millis Transfer Develops New Trainer Pay Package

Renewing its commitment to providing the industry’s premier training program, Millis Transfer proudly unveils a new trainer pay package. Millis trainers will now be paid by the mile per student on top of their normal mileage pay. Their first student will earn trainers .07 cpm. The second student will allow them to be paid .08 cpm. With a third student, additional pay raises to .09 cpm. A forth student and above will add .10 cpm to a trainers mileage pay. This added pay purely a bonus, with no hidden deductions. Top Millis trainers can now earn .52 cpm.
