Tango Transport Names New Chief Financial Officer
SHREVEPORT – Tango Transport executives announced that Dan Stipp has accepted the position of chief financial officer for the company earlier this month. Stipp's responsibilities begin immediately.
“Asking Mr. Stipp to take this leadership position with the company was a unanimous decision,” said BJ Gorman, president of Tango Transport. “He has proven years of experience and dedication to the company. His level of commitment will serve as an acute financial compass for Tango’s future.”
The announcement comes on the heels of Tango Transport experiencing its most profitable year to date as well as being listed as one of the Top 10 privately-owned businesses in northwest Louisiana and east Texas by the Louisiana State University
Shreveport Center for Business and Economic Research.

In addition to his time with Tango Transport, Stipp, a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has served as corporate controller and vice president for other transportation companies.
