TRL Dash for Cash
September 20, 2005 – The race for extra cash is at full speed for drivers at TRL in the company’s Dash for Cash program which rewards drivers for quality referrals.
“Our best recruits come from our current drivers,” says Lisa Rohland with TRL. “Last year, our winner Hector Flores won $2,500 for referring the most drivers. It’s a great way to inspire drivers to spread the word about TRL to other good drivers.”
To enter the Dash for Cash, drivers simply refer potential hires to TRL. For each driver that is hired, the referring driver receives $1,000 (payable in installments throughout the year) and is entered into the Dash for Cash grand prize contest. The driver who has referred the most hires during the contest period wins the grand prize of $2,500 with $500 for second place. Dash for Cash runs January through June, and July through December.
“What’s interesting about this year is that in the first period (Jan. - June), we had a 26-way tie! We’ve had such an excellent response that we decided to roll over the $2,500 for the December drawing and keep the contest going,” says Rohland. “Now, the driver that refers the most new hires for the whole year will receive $5,000.”
