Reflections on the past and future

Seasons greetings to you and yours! The holiday season is the perfect time to reflect on what the year has brought us, both good and bad. This year has brought everyone plenty of ups and downs. No matter how gloomy things can get at times, it’s important to look back at history to see how well we have persevered in the past and come back even stronger.
Whatever our political persuasion may be, we can all look to President-Elect Barack Obama to remind ourselves that anything truly is possible! We are living in an extraordinary time in American history, and we are blessed with the opportunity to participate in it. While I do not know what the near- and long-term future has in store for us, I can tell you that my belief in the strength and will of the American people has never been stronger.
America’s truck drivers are the perfect example; the truck-driving profession is the backbone of America. Without trucks, America stops. I commend you all on your professionalism on the road and the excellent job and service you provide Americans on a daily basis.
Don’t think I forgot to address health and wellness! We have a number of free or affordable programs and products that will be available in early 2009 to help you stay healthy…on and off the road. Stay tuned!
