A ‘get well’ card for you
It’s more than a double-edged sword. It’s more like a star-bladed sword. Obesity is responsible for a multitude of other illnesses, including cancer, heart disease, hypertension, sleep apnea; the list goes on and on. It also increases the likelihood of many injuries and accidents.
According to research at the Harvard Medical School, obesity and the lifestyle that surrounds it are major factors in the presence of depression. And when we suffer even mild depression, our immune system becomes challenged.
What is the answer? The answer is also a star-bladed sword. I often say, “There is no one thing that will cure you, and there is no one thing that will directly kill you.” If you think taking a “quick fix” diet pill is the answer… well, they don’t work.
My program, Safety Thru Wellness, is more than just a weight loss program. It is about total wellness – mind, body and spirit. Of course we want to look good. And we want to feel good, too. What we eat out here on the road, how we eat it, when we eat it and how we burn it is so important. It must be done strategically for the most part. The right foods in the right combinations will help boost metabolism and maximize the nutrition we get from them.
We also need to get a proper amount of exercise, to be active. But who has time for that? We all do. I will show First, let me say that I know where you are coming from. I used to weigh 365 pounds. I lost 180 pounds with my Safety Thru Wellness program. That is why I developed it, write about it and promote it. I want it to work for everyone. In part, it is an exercise plan that we can do from the driver’s seat, even while driving.
There is the 19th Wheel, an intense but quick muscle builder and metabolism enhancer. And there is the book “Nineteen Wheels.” It will entertain, motivate and educate you. It is my story, as well as a nutrition guide for life on the road.
Go to www.safetythruwellness.com or call 406-855-3582 for information and to order. It costs less than a bottle of diet pills, and you only have to buy it once!
