Arnold Honors On-Time Drivers
Arnold Transportation honored 66 drivers who achieved at least two years of 100 percent on-time service. The award-winning drivers received a bonus check from management at an awards luncheon. Arnold Transportation’s regional drivers run an average of 400 loads per year, so each of these drivers ran approximately 800 loads on time.

PTL Recognizes Top Drivers
Paschall Truck Lines named Stan Salimi as its Driver of the Month and Mark Womble as its Owner Operator of the Month for January. Salimi has been driving professionally for 14 years, 12 of them with PTL. Womble has been a professional truck driver for 11 years, eight at PTL.

E.L. Henderson Salutes Drivers of the Month
E.L. Henderson Trucking announced the January and February winners of its Driver of the Month programs. The January winners: Sara Edwards (solo), Barry & Twyla Minor (team) and Mark Rumbo (operator). The February winners: Jonathan Chaidez (solo), Frank Alspaugh & Stephanie Nemes (team) and Don & Regina Ewald (operator).

CFI to Offer XM Satellite Radio
XM Satellite Radio, the nation’s leading provider of satellite radio, and Contract Freighters, Inc. C.R. England Enrolls in PrePassPlus
C.R. England announced their deployment of PrePassPlus, the nation’s leader in the electronic pre-clearance of commercial vehicles at weigh stations and toll plazas. PrePass makes it possible for participating motor carriers to comply electronically with weight, safety and credential requirements at weigh stations and ports of entry while traveling at highway speeds.

Epes Transport Driver Finishes Fifth
Epes Transport System’s Rudy Stevens took fifth place in the Truckload Carriers of Amer-ica’s. Company Equipment Driver of the Year Contest, a national showcase of the industry’s best drivers. Stevens signed on with Epes Transport in 1970. The veteran driver is a nine-year Top Achiever with Epes and a member of the Million Mile Club, with 2 million safe miles logged.
Warren Contractor Places Fifth
The Truckload Carriers Association an-nounced that Robert J. McCray, an independent contractor with Warren Transport, Inc., has been selected as the fifth-place winner in TCA’s prestigious national Indepen-dent Contractor of the Year contest. McCray qualified as a finalist by successfully logging over 2.75 million miles without an accident and having a spotless driving record.
