Craziness on Parade
Dear Murphy,
I was a new driver trainer and had been on the road with my first student for two trouble-free weeks when we got a new load that would take us over mountains and through a lot of snow. It seemed like a good opportunity for me to practice some winter driving. After leaving our first town, we made a wrong turn and ended up in the middle of a Christmas parade, so we waved to the crowd and left that town very quickly.more

Trucker Buddy News- Six Years of Postcards and Visits
For more than six years, Tim Maryniak has been writing to Barb DeHorn’s second-grade class at Campbell Elementary School in Muskegon, MI. Many of the students have had older brothers or sisters who corresponded with Trucker Buddy Tim. One student, Jamie, said she “couldn’t wait to get in second grade and have the opportunity to write to him,” because her older brother John had shared his enthusiasm about the program with his family. more
