Eutimio Falcon
Prime, Inc.

When Eutimio Falcon immigrated to the United States from Cuba, he was only nine years old. Now, Eutimio has established himself as a successful truck driver with Prime, Inc., and in June he picked out a brand new truck to lease through Prime’s ACE lease purchase program.

Eutimio’s job at Prime allows him to give his family the lifestyle he always wanted them to have. But his journey to this point hasn’t been an easy one. Like countless others before him, Eutimio came to this country in search of a better life. But as he tried to find work, he faced many struggles. Eutimio was turned down for employment over and over again. He wondered if his foreign ancestry was to blame. More importantly, he wondered how he would support his family.

Eventually, Eutimio started his own delivery service, but it didn’t do as well as he hoped. He decided to close his company and earn a CDL. But once again, he ran into people who were unwilling to give him a fair chance at work. “Everything was going bad for me at that time,” he says.

“Then, a friend told me about this company, Prime.”

Eutimio gave Prime a call, and he liked what he heard. He quickly filled out an application. Before long, the phone rang. “They called and said they’d help me. Prime took me in, trained me and eventually allowed me to get a brand new truck,” he says.

Four and a half years later, Eutimio now has his own business and runs the truck through Prime. “I feel good about my business,” he says. “I was about to lose everything before I came to Prime. But last year, my business grossed over $200,000.”

Now, Eutimio has been able to provide for his family in ways he never dreamed of just a few years ago. “We’ve remodeled our house,” he says. “When my older daughter got married, I helped her out with a down payment on a house; and on my younger daughter’s 15th birthday, I was able to honor her with a beautiful Quinceañera, a great tradition in our culture.” (Many Latin cultures celebrate a girl’s 15th birthday with a Quinceañera in honor of her journey from childhood to adulthood. It is a significant and elaborate event that can take up to a year to plan.)

“I am very happy at Prime,” says Eutimio. “I have seen no other company that can offer me what Prime has. They have stood by me, and they’ve taken care of me and my family. I have never had a problem at Prime. I wish more companies would look after their drivers like Prime has looked after me and my family.”

The staff of Over the Road and Pro Trucker magazines wish Eutimio continued success with Prime, Inc. Join Eutimio and the hundreds of other successful individuals in Prime’s lease purchase program.
